Apple announced the new smartphone “iPhone 16” series on September 9th (Pacific Daylight Time). The Japanese Apple Store (online / in-store) will start accepting pre-orders from 9:00 pm on September 13th.

The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are the mainstream models of the iPhone 16 series, with the iPhone 16 having a 6.1-inch display and the iPhone 16 Plus having a 6.7-inch display. The selling price at the Apple Store will be 124,800 yen for the iPhone 16 and 139,800 yen for the iPhone 16 Plus.

The mainstream iPhone 16 series will be available in the 6.1-inch “iPhone 16” and 6.7-inch “iPhone 16 Plus.” It also features Dynamic Island.

The appearance has also changed significantly, with a new rear camera arrangement and the addition of a new “action button” to which any function can be assigned, and a “camera control” that can be used to quickly launch the camera function and adjust the zoom magnification.
