On August 27, Atlas Connect added a new feature, “Telephone Fraud Alert,” to its iPhone AI calling app, “Switch.” The feature can be used by updating the app.
How “Telephone Fraud Alert” works
This function automatically detects fraud-related keywords during a call and sends an immediate alert to notify the user of the danger. For example, if “money transfer,” “password,” or “bankbook” is detected more than six times during a call, the AI will immediately send a warning notification to help the user recognize the dangerous situation. This applies to calls with numbers not registered in the contacts, and the default setting is “On.”
Switch automatically records the contents of phone calls and automatically displays the recorded contents in chat format. By tapping “Detailed Summary”, the AI automatically organizes the contents of the call in detail in a report format, and you can also share a link to the call recording. The usage fee starts from 2,990 yen per month.
